CC-EDI (Ship Status)
CC-EDI (Ship Status) is an add-on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) module. This component enables Courier Complete to create and send automatic shipment status updates in standard EDI 214 format. CC-EDI (Ship Status) has built-in FTP capability, which allows it to send EDI shipment status files to the clients automatically. CC-EDI (Ship Status) application does not require any human interaction since everything from creating the file to sending it is automated.
EDI shipment status capability is now a minimum requirement of many large companies. An increasing number of companies are moving to this automated pickup and delivery notification method.
CC-MapPoint
CC-MapPoint seamlessly integrates Courier Complete with Microsoft MapPoint. This component enables Courier Complete to price distance-based orders utilizing MapPoint’s accurate door-to-door distance calculations using street level distances. In addition, dispatchers are able to geographically manage their jobs, drivers and pick up & delivery areas. They can quickly produce interactive maps and plot the most efficient routes using up-to-date, accurate addresses on maps and point-to-point driving directions for each job at the click of a button so drivers arrive on time.
CC-EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
CC-EDI is an add-on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) module. This component enables Courier Complete to create electronic invoices in standard EDI 210 format, which can then be sent to the clients electronically (FTP or VAN). CC-EDI has thorough audit capability, which allows the user to view the data, in detail, of any previously generated invoice.
EDI invoicing is now a requirement of many large companies and you may have to turn down or risk losing business without an EDI solution.
CC-DirectLink
CC-DirectLink seamlessly streamlines the workflow between companies that use Courier Complete, such as in ‘agent’ relationships. CC-DirectLink enables a (courier) company to dispatch jobs to other companies that use Courier Complete (agents) and the jobs will automatically insert into the agent company’s Courier Complete system. As the agent works with the jobs dispatched to them by the originating company, the status updates and POD (proof of delivery) information will automatically be updated in the originating company’s Courier Complete system.
CC-Quick Address
CC-QuickAddress integrates Courier Complete’s order entry system with QAS’ address validation tool. When entering orders in Courier Complete, the CC-QuickAddress component will validate and standardize every new address entered into the system by referencing a national Canadian or US database. When pairing CC-QuickAddress with CC-MapPoint you’ll never miss another pickup again!
