CC-BI (Business Intelligence)

Courier Complete Business Intelligence (CC-BI) is a software solution that addresses the reporting and analytical challenges facing organizations today, with the goal of reducing time-to-knowledge and improving decision-making. It allows large repositories of raw data to be sorted, organized and presented in a useful fashion. Unlike traditional Courier Complete reports, which operate using specified data fields, CC-BI offers a 'smart' approach to data visualization by presenting the data in a concise, relevant and intuitive manner, mimicking human thought and allowing for ad hoc enquiries. <Back

CC-EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)

CC-EDI is an add-on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) module. This component enables Courier Complete to create electronic invoices in standard EDI 210 format, which can then be sent to the clients electronically (FTP or VAN). CC-EDI has thorough audit capability, which allows the user to view the data, in detail, of any previously generated invoice.

CC-EDI (Ship Status)

CC-EDI (Ship Status) is an add-on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) module. This component enables Courier Complete to create and send automatic shipment status updates in standard EDI 214 format. CC-EDI (Ship Status) has built-in FTP capability, which allows it to send EDI shipment status files to the clients automatically. CC-EDI (Ship Status) application does not require any human interaction since everything from creating the file to sending it is automated.

EDI shipment status capability is now a minimum requirement of many large companies. An increasing number of companies are moving to this automated pickup and delivery notification method. <Back

CC-MapPoint seamlessly integrates Courier Complete with Microsoft MapPoint. This component enables Courier Complete to price distance-based orders utilizing MapPoint's accurate door-to-door distance calculations using street level distances. In addition, dispatchers are able to geographically manage their jobs, drivers and pick up & delivery areas. They can quickly produce interactive maps and plot the most efficient routes using up-to-date, accurate addresses on maps and point-to-point driving directions for each job at the click of a button so drivers arrive on time. <Back

CC-DirectLink

CC-DirectLink seamlessly streamlines the workflow between companies that use Courier Complete, such as in ‘agent’ relationships. CC-DirectLink enables a (courier) company to dispatch jobs to other companies that use Courier Complete (agents) and the jobs will automatically insert into the agent company’s Courier Complete system. As the agent works with the jobs dispatched to them by the originating company, the status updates and POD (proof of delivery) information will automatically be updated in the originating company’s Courier Complete system. <Back

The CC-Zone Importer component integrates Courier Complete with various mapping software. Courier companies that use street level zoning can use mapping software to draw shapes on a city map that corresponds to their pricing zones. Once these shapes (zones) are created, every address within a shape can be exported into a data file, which can then be imported into Courier Complete pricing zones, providing courier companies with street level pricing. <Back

CC-2Way WinCE (Intermec 761)

CC-2Way WinCE is an enhanced two-way data solution designed specifically for the Intermec 761 featuring the Windows PocketPC operating system. This component enables dispatchers to send detailed order information to a driver's Intermec 761. Drivers use their Intermec device to accept new job notifications and to update the Courier Complete system with the real-time status of deliveries as they occur.

The Intermec 761’s ability to store data, enables drivers to access and update order information even when located out of the coverage area. In such cases, the Intermec 761 synchronizes the data when it's back in the coverage area. In addition, the Intermec 761 enables the driver to capture a digital image of the person’s signature who is signing the delivery, which is transmitted to the courier company’s server and stored for use. <Back

GPS – The Intermec 761 can optionally include a GPS receiver, which allows the dispatcher to view a driver(s) location in Microsoft MapPoint at the push of a button. This tool also enables the dispatcher to view the closest driver(s) to a specific pick up at the push of a button. Intermec 761 as quoted includes the following: 64MB Memory, WAN Modem (CDMA/1XRTT, GSM/GPRS), Cigarette Charger, Wall Charger, Holster, Hardware, software and network provisioning, Shipping, 5-year hardware/software warranty, maintenance and support. GPS, Barcode scanner and Blue Tooth are excluded.

CC-2Way J2ME is an enhanced two-way data solution designed for Java based phones such as Motorola or BlackBerry. This integrated solution enables dispatchers to send detailed order information to a driver's phone.
